Korshags is a family business in Falkenberg with a proud history and a belief in better food from the sea. The business of smoking fish began back in the mid-1960s. Really good raw materials such as fresh salmon, herring and mackerel from sustainable fishing are the basis of the business. All production takes place locally in Falkenberg.
