Klintefjordens Skafferi keeps bees professionally around Falkenberg and Halmstad, focusing on prime honey. The diversity of the honey is given space and the genuine and natural craft is highlighted. By cooperating with local growers, who in turn get a larger harvest and higher quality produce, it is possible to present a symphony of different tastes and flavours in honey.
As the hives are placed in different environments and the honey taken on several occasions over the season a large variety is offered. Every harvest is unique and the honey can be viewed as a vintage wine.
Other products from the hive, like bee’s wax and pollen are also on offer, and the bee’s wax is also used in other products for leather care and treatment of wood.
