Between Skrea Strand and Hansagård lies the idyllic Näset. Here, two natural piers made of rocks extend into the Kattegat, and the local crab life thrives. It is also a perfect spot for exciting snorkeling with plenty of seaweed, rocks, and crevices. Take the opportunity to stroll across the beach meadows to Netas and enjoy fish & chips from the British double-decker that arrives every summer.

As far south as you can go in Falkenberg Municipality lies the surfers’ paradise, Ugglarp. Here too, there are perfect spots for those who want to catch crabs all day long.

As far north as you can go on Ringsegård’s shallow beach, the stone pier extends out to Bastuholmen, impossible to miss as it creates a beautiful silhouette against the sea. When the water is high, the stone pier is perfect for crab fishing, as are the islet and the surrounding areas.

In the southern part of Olofsbo Strand, there is a local rock and cliff community where crabs thrive. It’s a family-friendly beach with easily accessible crab grounds, and you can reach it via the southernmost entrance. Olofsbo also has everything you need for a whole summer in the area. Several eateries, ice cream, a shop, accommodation… you get the idea.

Rosendals Beach and Morups Hallar

Just south of Rosendal and Sandkärr lies Morups Hallar, a miniature archipelago. In these areas, there are great conditions for catching crabs. Time your fishing with a picnic on the rocks before the sun sets, and it’s magical.
