In Falkenberg, you will always find an artistic experience right around the corner. We can offer you tips on where you can see exhibitions in the town centre. Exhibition Premises in Falkenberg   Konsthörnan (The Art Corner) Konsthörnan is operated by the Falkenberg Artists’ and Interest Association. Here is where exhibitions are held in periods of two weeks by members and invited artists. A few permanent exhibitions per year are arranged as the Spring Salon on Ascension Day and the December Salon (where an exhibition is also behind held in the Cube). Moreover, an Easel Day is arranged in July, and an Art Week during the week of 28 September, as well as four theme exhibitions per year. Where to find it: Storgatan 21 The Cube The Town Hall Cube is the main entrance to Falkenberg Town Hall. It is continually used for exhibitions by professional and amateur artists alike who live in Falkenberg. The exhibitions last for two weeks. Where to find it: Rådhustorget Opening Hours: The Cube keeps the same opening hours as the Contact Centre; you will find them here. Sparbankshallen In the premises at the lower lever at the Falkenbergs Sparbank, continual exhibitions are on display. The Central Halland Art Association hold approximately five yearly exhibitions here. Moreover, arts and handicraft are displayed by associations, the school or by individual artists. The length of the exhibitions varies. Where to find it: Nygatan 38 Opening Hours: keep the same opening hours as Falkenbergs Sparbank; you will find them here. RIAN Design Museum Experience newly created designs and popular forms, national and international design. The museum’s temporary exhibits present everything from industrial design to handicrafts. The museum presents three new exhibitions per year. You can visit the ground floor of the museum at no cost; there you can see the current exhibition in the project room. The beauty of Art is that it is subjective and for everyone. Opinions are rife and varied in a wonderful, cultural melee. Here we have created some art excursions for those of you who would like to explore and at the same time expand your cultural and artistic views.
