It all started on Tallåsvägen in Falkenberg. Beer enthusiasts, loads of sacks of malt and a good deal of experimenting. The result was The Pine Ridge Brewery, now called Pine Brewing Company. Bold beer and bold taste. Today, The Pine Ridge Brewery is located in a brand new facility on Södergatan.
Here, you will find The Zoo Restaurant and Taproom. You will also encounter traditional American BBQ made with local, in-season raw ingredients in a unique setting.
