Classic and modern salmon dishes developed from fresh ingredients with genuine joy of cooking are served year-round in a relaxed and comfortable restaurant environment with full licensing rights.
In the shop counter, there is a wide selection of smoked, cured, brined, ready-made lunch dishes, small handmade salmon delicacies, pies, wraps, sides, and desserts. On the website, you will also find an extensive catering assortment. Everything is made from salmon of the highest quality.
Here, there is also a well-stocked shelf assortment with both local and international treats, delicacies, chocolate, oils, honey, marmalades, biscuits, going-away presents, and much more. During the summer, we open our ice cream cart outside the entrance, with SIA ice cream and creamy Italian soft serve.
Salmon Shop’s Meetings & Conferences
The location of the Salmon Shop along the E6 makes it also an excellent meeting place. Here, there are conference and meeting facilities in about ten rooms for groups up to 200 people. Dogs
For those who need to walk their dog, there is a nice walking path next to the parking area. Your four-legged friend is welcome on the outdoor seating and in selected areas inside the restaurant. Of course, there are also some salmon treats for dogs available for purchase in the store.
